Phase 0

Phase 0 is the first phase for the development and user early experience purposes.

There are 3 sub-phases:

  • Phase 0.1: Gaming Mining Development and User Experience Phase
  • Phase 0.2: Remote Mining Development and User Experience Phase
  • Phase 0.3: Standard Mining Development and User Experience Phase

Phase 0.1: Gaming Mining Phase

Because the physical miner manufacture should take a period, in the early development phase Gaming Mining is available as the first mining method.

See What is A Gaming Miner.

  • Token
    • Issues ERC20 gAKRE (gaming AKRE) reward on Polygon network, which is a restricted token to support developer’s test and user trial
    • The miner owner earns gAKRE reward in the same way as the mainnet.
    • gAKRE is independent of AKRE
    • Registration for a Gaming Miner mints a non-transferable Gaming Miner NFT.
  • Lifecycle
    • One Polygon account can apply for up to one Gaming Miner.
    • Gaming Mining starts immediately after the application of a Gaming Miner is confirmed by the owner.
    • Gaming Mining only works in Phase 0 user experience network.
    • The ownership of a Gaming Miner is non-transferable.

Note: The term “owner” is represented by a Polygon address which is controlled by an entity.

Phase 0.2: Remote Mining Phase

Remote Mining is available from Phase 0.2.

See What is A Remote Miner.

  • Token
    • Issues gAKRE reward on Polygon network
    • The miner owner earns gAKRE reward in the same way as the mainnet.
    • gAKRE is independent of AKRE
    • A Remote Miner NFT is minted when a remote miner is purchased.
  • Lifecycle
    • A Remote Miner can be purchased since Phase 0.2. Remote Mining is immediately activated after the user purchases the Remote Miner and will stop mining in 1 year (the lifespan).
    • The quantity of available Remote Miners depends on how much remote electricity capacity is connected to Arkreen Network.
    • According to What is A Remote Miner, Remote Miners can be paid with either USDC, or gAKRE which is mined by the Gaming Miner or airdropped upon purchase, depending on the user experience programs. A small number of coupons will also be issued to some special experiencers to apply for the Remote Miner.
    • Type 2 Remote Miners will stop and automatically move to Phase 1 when Phase 1 testnet launches. They will restart mining when they are moved to the Phase 1 testnet and last for 1 year since then, no matter how long they have been mining in Phase 0.

Phase 0.3: Standard Mining Phase

Standard Mining is available from Phase 0.3.

See What is A Standard Miner.

  • Token
    • Issues gAKRE reward on Polygon network
    • The miner owner earns gAKRE reward in the same way as the mainnet.
    • gAKRE is independent of AKRE
    • A Standard Miner NFT is minted when a standard miner is purchased.
  • Lifecycle
    • Standard Miner can be ordered since Phase 0.3.
    • Standard Mining starts immediately as the user onboards the Standard Miner and it correctly collects data from the electrical inverter.
    • Standard Miners can be paid with USDC
    • Standard Miners that start during Phase 0 period will automatically move to Phase 1 when the Phase 1 testnet launches.
